YouBid NG is a digital assets marketplace where users can buy and sell websites, domains, apps, and other online profiles securely. Our services include digital asset listing, transaction facilitation, and support.

To use our services, you must:

i. Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to form a binding contract.

ii. Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

iii. Agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws.

iv. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

To use certain features of our Site, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

• Never share your account password or sensitive details.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

We charge a 30% service fee for every successful account sale. This fee is deducted from the sale amount before it is transferred to the seller.

All transactions are processed through our secure escrow service to ensure buyer and seller protection. Additional fees may apply for using the escrow service.

Payments will be processed to the seller’s designated payment method after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction of the purchased asset.

You agree not to:

i. Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

ii. List assets that are stolen, fraudulent, or obtained unlawfully.

iii. Share or display sensitive information (e.g., passwords) during transactions.

iv. Post false or misleading content about your asset listings.

v. Engage in spamming, hacking, or other malicious activities.

vi. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who engage in prohibited activities.

• Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and honest details about their assets.

• Listings must comply with our guidelines and not infringe on any third-party rights.

• Buyers must ensure that the purchased asset aligns with their needs before completing the transaction.

• Buyers must confirm the receipt and satisfactory condition of the asset within 7 working days.

Once a transaction is completed, the seller must promptly transfer full ownership of the asset to the buyer, including all associated login credentials.

All content on YouBid NG, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YouBid NG or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of assets listed on our Site.

• Transactions are conducted at your own risk, and we are not liable for disputes arising between buyers and sellers.

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouBid NG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold YouBid NG harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use our Site, you agree to the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nigeria.
